There is nothing like writing...it is a useless company...turtle is also very slow, this company

Dislikes

The salary structure here is very useless... here salary is not given on time and salary is given on other months. The seniors here are also not supportive.. they all have the same attitude... do not pay attention to the problem. The seniors here all give different answers.

Best place to Learn new things to enhance our skills to next Level.Very helpful Teamleader and also the Manager is also very much supportive.Nice Surroundings and also the Friendly Environment.

Dislikes

The only dislike is that,they provide late salary.They calculate for one month and they provide that salary for 15th of next month.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of one month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...onment there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues . Salary also not on time salary date is 15 salary comes on 18,Hr is not supported. they commit us Sunday is fix off even they work on Sun and the shift timing is morning 9.30 to evening 9 .00

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
