...s no job security, they can layoff anytime as their business is little than low. There is no pay as you expected. They say they will increase after 6months or 1 year but they will make you beg for a just Rs 1000 hike. Pls think twice before joining. Its my personal experience.

Excellent company to learn core supply chain process. Great Tool - Company owned their own ERP tool like SAP. Promotion and Appraisal are great for the hard worked and proved employees.

Dislikes

Need to improve company allowances to the employees. 2 way cabs need to provide for all female employees

The manager taught us how manager should should not be. The management was too concerned about us that he used to keep watching us in CCTV. We felt that CCTV s had expressions We were waiting for good projects, but the wait hasn't come yet. They needed highly qualified engineers for copy pasting job and simply sitting.

Dislikes

Lot of lies from the Management. No projects which had value Bad for any professionals Lot of politics from management.

I am working for past 4 years. I found this is the good workplace to work and develop yourself. I am the best example for getting good position in the structure. I worked hard and smart then I received the what I deserved. So people who are opposing seems they did not gave their best.

Dislikes

Politics are there. but do not care if does not reach you. I did not had anything.
