No policies to work on for employees and only manmade pressure for work even not a proper way is given to work just pressure and without completing a work another work pressure is given and no support from team head or any seniors.

They are always bzy with review and power point presentation. None is ready to take any ownership. Everything is on CEO who thinks he knows everything.

Bogus variable allowances, worst HR policies, one person command, makes employees suffer with politics, unjustified salary deductions, lack of trust on employees resulting in micro-management, employees are left to the whim and mood of the upper management. Ultra slow growth.
