...organisation and least bothered about the employee satisfaction. No growth .Salary is too too less compared to the work done.Also if your on leave there is no backup .either you have to work from home when your on leave or do your work after coming from leave.Overall bad experience.Also once to enter the premises you are not allowed to go out and you have to submit your cell phones on the gate.Please think twice before joining this organisation.

...en if it is manager fault,if you back answer them,they will strictly remove you. Salary is very low with no increment, they will create such scene that when you ask them for increment they will tell u that you can leave their organisation. In these organisation lots of people money is stuck. Last but not the least, HR is very weak and has no ethics. Do not share any of your personal matter in front of HR as she is very interested sharing such news to MD. Do not be to friendly with your manager or else you will be trapped in their politics. Management is worst so dont join.

Politics,fake promise, they used harsh words to their junior people,no increment,salary not good. Hectic environment, pressure lot to their junior. Stress full life you will go if you join this organisation.

Various food testing materials to testing that would improve knowledge and seriour technical staff

Dislikes

1. No policy 2. Politics 3. No good salary/increment 4. No standard of working 5. Irritation while doing job as well as leaving the job 6. Expectations too high that salary 7. Working 8 hours also not suffiencient have to work more and no extra work moner 8. No respect for employees attitude like we dont care if you leave. 9. HR not helpful

Very bad culture. No support from management. No overtime and almost everyday you have to stay in for work. Su days you have to work from home without any payment or reimbursement. Overworking and underpaying is a norm. HR is not working for employees. Too much of favouritism. Exit process is very bad, they make it impossible to leave and delay full and final settlement for more than 6 months. Mental health will decline rapidly once you join, so think twice before joining.
