Work pressure is high so work life balance is tough to manage. Not providing full salary for maternity leave. Salary hike percentage is low compared to other companies in the market. Shift timings

So i got selected in the first 2 rounds which is the aptitude test and the first level hr round in the hr round they have asked question about me and my background alone no technical or education related questions was asked.on the 3rd round of the interview again the hr didn’t asked any question about education the subject. And after that i got a mail saying I’m not selected. I have no idea why. Then I asked my feedback of my performance and the reason of my rejection the hr replied saying you are not upto our criteria!!!! Like what !? So, if I’m not upto their parameters then why did they select me for the final round and even I’m not asked any questions related to the role ? I’m highly disappointed with this company “eNtrust” :/

Good working environment. Growth opportunity is available for all employees equally. Teammates are supportive and the management recognises employees work overall good working experience.

Dislikes

Internal politics are there everywhere and so here too. Not a big issue.
