The company will drive only south indian peoples. Owner of company is good but the below management like CTO is very very bad and he is created his own lobby (south indian) . And they created very problems for maharashtrian peoples. The main pramotion , work life balance is for only south indian peoples. Not for other people's

1) Poor salary 2) long training period 3) Too much work politics 4) You get the position for which you're over qualified.

Likes

Management is good. All the necessary resources are provided. Company is into a unique product and serving to our nation. Having a very inspirational goal of 1000 cr.

Dislikes

Confusion about reporting structure. Prescribed reporting structure is not followed. As management is away from location, always have to worried about any negative comment by any person may take away our job. Not having a job security.

Better Timming Schedule, Supportive Dept head and colleagues. AC offices, leaves flexibility,

No Medi claim facilities with family and personally, Five days working culture, No common car parking, No short leave facilities, No Extra working hours to be considered in Coffs.

It is pleasure working in here in Entremonde Polycoaters Limited. Great work- life balance with a treatment just like a family is a plus. The treatment given to the female employees is really appreciable.

As compared to male employees, the female employees are less.
