...grow as an engineer but there are plenty of opportunities for skill development. Salary is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Some teams have little to none capacity planning making work life balance a mess. Engineering Management skills are lacking at least for teams I worked in adding frictions to the culture. Disconnect in company culture and team level culture is obvious.

Likes

You get to enhance your skills and do things that you are passionate about. They do good to use people's potential and beyond. Work life balance is good that people tend to find stability and have long tenures with the company, considering both tangible and intangible benefits. Work time flexibility is the greatest thing. There are no fixed timings, they have stopped monitoring exact in/out times putting faith and trust in employees. There are collaboration hours also well defined to maintain expectations. The overall appraisal process is now streamlined and made consistent across the board.

Dislikes

For a company with a stature as Entrata's, it can do better with salary packages. At the moment, it is quite below par per industry standards. Personally feel that there's an excess of flattery and biased superfluous praises being passed on various slack channels. Gets a bit annoying at some point. There was a barrage of new processes and practices thrown at employees when the upper management changed. Many of those process proved to be useless and eventually shelved. These things seemed to have happened because of the initial excitement rather than forming a well thought out need for it. Although the end results are usually satisfactory, the planning and implementation can improve to get there.

-As Per industrial Company give you Half salary. -No growth here no future plan for Employees - Old Employees are here who is working from 5+ Year in Same Company they become manager with less tech skill. Who does not have any new tech knowledge. - Engineering Manager try to tech you but they don't have any knowledge.

Likes

The internal learning program, Tech Bytes really helps to add new tech/learning to the skills. Flexible work timing and hybrid work mode help to balance personal and professional life. Very good work culture.

Dislikes

Salary compensation is not bad but it needs to be corrected as per the market standard

I like working environment and managment at Entrata. After providing Permennt work from home it's easy for to manage work and family. Started more focusing on learning and skill developemnt that is really great part. Overall I am enjoying to work at Entrata
