Some managers do indulge in a sort of power harassment, where extra work is demanded at the whims of job insecurity. 3. Work satisfaction and promotion/appraisals are not at satisfactory levels.

- Sometimes salary raises do not match inflation rates or increased expenses.

1. Salary hike is not much good. 2. Hardly you get promotion. 3. promotion process not much transparent.

... switch your careere path. And they provides a smooth transition in such cases. Salary they provide is best in the market. Leave policies are great including the flexi leaves.

As there is always a scope of improvement, they can improve in skill development/learning area.

-As Per industrial Company give you Half salary. -No growth here no future plan for Employees - Old Employees are here who is working from 5+ Year in Same Company they become manager with less tech skill. Who does not have any new tech knowledge. - Engineering Manager try to tech you but they don't have any knowledge.
