Probation is 6 Month. In probation, notice period is 1 month After probation, notice period is 90 days If we resign, they'll give only half salary till your notice period finishes. After completion of notice period, still they hold your FNF and won't clear BGV for further process.

... will increase your work. Will ask you to work till 1am and on sat and sun also. Will give you work on leave also but if you will ask for salary raise which was promised to you with that promotion even after working on that role for 2 months, they will say stop irritating us. They just believe in paycuts....delaying salary...increasing fnf period to more than 90 days...

...e is late work. There is always late to leave office because of work pressure. As per work pressure and position there is very low compensation. Join this company as on your own risk.

- Lot lot to learn - Very good and high worth client base and exploring to have more in bucket list. - Expanding Company -Interactive and Collaborative cross functional team - Reimbursement facility are available and easy to avail - If you have any problem and is not addressed by HR, you can contact CEO and explain them your problem. They will analyse and try to solve.

- Company need to improvise HR functions. One rating is not given only because of HR.

Working with my project manager Dipti more and my co employee Suraj, I worked very hard with full of dedication.

CEO of enthralltech Sammir he has no any business logic, no business etiquettes, enthralltech there is no any value of hard work . sometime I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend the client call in the evening and sometime late into the night. Sammir have very low analysing capacity. the whole management system are corrupted they never convey right information to the CEO of company.
