I like the company culture, flexibility, freedom of expression, and easy connect facility with anyone in the company including the owner.

Dislikes

I don't like the salary being credited on every 15th on the next month. This makes me out of fund sometimes by that time.

Due to Covid, We have flexible working culture, all employees are mostly meets virtually only during meeting . HR can plan one day meeting in a montrh , with all employes so that employees can get to gather within organisatiom.

Likes

The environment is not as chaotic as assumed for any start up or an ever growing company. There is a feel good factor and a homely feeling with all employees, a mix of dedication and fun are visible. The top to bottom hierarchy is almost a flat line, you can reach out to help for any situation at any level of management.

Worst management,freshers are exploit,some senior always ready for blaming game. They don, t even know how to handle work as of their poor management. And their meeting hours are more than working hours. Unnecessary meetings are conducted sometimes, with no result at last.

You'll be working alone which will help you to up skill soon because if you don't learn stuff on your own, you'll be easily fired.

More or less, everything. You or your work will never be appreciated in this company.
