Appraisals are completely performance based & diligence as well as dedication is perfectly acknowledged by the Leads & Managers. Being a customer centric organization, sometimes process balances within the teams might become imbalanced but Leads & Managers do keep a pulse of it and definitely take steps to normalize the work load from an individual to utilize the concept of collaborative growth. All in all, Entercoms is one of the perfect places for immense learnings, opportunities & high paced career growth.

There is nothing to like just working bcz need for job.

Increment policy is worst..i wish I can like one thing there.. salary is less. night shift allowance is low.. daily shift extend,no medical facilities, no leaves..

Flexible work hours, company culture, events and employees engagement is good. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Less salary,very less appraisal. Not good for freshers who wants to do there career in technical background. Because once you join here you will become very comfortable and not able to learn more things. Very obvious projects no more opportunities to learn new things. Favouritism by managers.

I don't see any pros in this organisation.

Very less Salary. No Increment Salary as well as position. No career growth. Only Hardware knowledge increase. Did not provide any Traveling and other Aallowance.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are OK.

Dislikes

Had a issue with salary, it was not sufficient. I didn't got a single appraisal.
