Everything dislike, HR Policy, work culture. None degree holder is project manager who knows nothing. Back biching in the company. Any work can be asigned to u by anyone from the office. It doesn't matter who is ur reporting manager. No appraisal, no mediclaim, no transportation. Only ur salary. No working time, no holiday whether sunday or festival, HR doesn't answer the call. If u don't have job u may join or can join for a good hike as well.

Ensemble is a very good company, management is very good, always salary on time. Ensemble is delivering the project within given time frame, I really like the boss attitude, he is taking quick action when site team is feeling any issue towards the project completion. I enjoy my workplace's, collaborative environment & the opportunity to work with talented and passionate people. I value the flexibility and autonomy that my job afford me, as it allows me to manage my own workload and schedules. In my job, I get to see the direct result of my efforts, which is incredibly rewarding. Witnessing the positive impact of my work on client or customer is full filling.

Dislikes

As the company is doing work all over India, he is providing the PG to the staff which cost more to the company. My suggestion is please provide the flat with one cook to the staff at every site because there is so much of work load on site due to which coming late night to PG also not getting proper food in PG on different location and different cities.

I do not get salary on time in ensemble infrastructure India limited company and project manager, this position is very big but this company makes non-technical personal as project manager, that project loss and technical personnel have a lot of problems because the technical personnel are there. Doesn't work now and has a lot of rework, that's what I don't like

EIIL always provide salary time to time and Facilities are also good

EIIL can fired you anytime without any proper notice also full & final settlement done properly. There is no training about your job, company calture & workshop etc.

...y say that they want to operate like a corporate, it is honestly a Lala company. If you join here you should be receptive to change of rules, whimsical bosses, pay cuts and no fixed salary date.
