No dislikes about Ensemble, but would like to add on few suggestions. Ensemble must start a culture of providing training session and seminar of fit out product we use regularly in our work. Such trainings can help our freshers and engineers to have a complete knowledge and skills development during the time of execution.

I do not get salary on time in ensemble infrastructure India limited company and project manager, this position is very big but this company makes non-technical personal as project manager, that project loss and technical personnel have a lot of problems because the technical personnel are there. Doesn't work now and has a lot of rework, that's what I don't like

I would like to mention here that even though they say that they want to operate like a corporate, it is honestly a Lala company. If you join here you should be receptive to change of rules, whimsical bosses, pay cuts and no fixed salary date.
