No job security, no work-life balance at all, you'll have to be available 24*7*365 for the co-founders. Family run business, no washrooms in the office, the co-founders will put extreme pressure and get work done by giving an unachievable timeline. All you get from them is a half kg cake on your birthday (that too your birthday should fall on a weekday). No great appraisals. They have a lot of projects in hand (all from the USA) but always crib that they are not making profits, and by saying this they feel they are bluffing employees but they should know that employees are not illiterate and do understand business. The co founders go for vacation at least thrice a year at international locations with their entire family. They watch all the matches during the world cups by going to London and other cities or countries who host the work cups. They do not miss a single match. Form where do they get money to spend on all this if the company is not making profits? They are very proud that they are ex Microsoft employees. Honestly, who cares? There are many people out there who work with tier 1 companies but do not show off like these people. No benefits at all. The co founders are promising an insurance for all the employees since last 5 years. Every year they say they will have one from the next year. Guess their one year has 1825 or more days (365*5). So many things to mention in this segment. Can just go on and on. Do not join this company if you do not want to experience hell.

I worked with enqos for more than 5years. There is lot of freedom to carry out our task and no micromanagement. Cofounders are friendly and unlike other companies there is no internal politics at all. Flexible work hours and cool office space with young and vibrant engineer team. Good company to learn and grow and at the same time enjoy worklife balance.

Great team, very supportive. Lot of Career growth opportunities. Everyone motivates each other like a family.

No appraisals or incentives in regards to work/time you put in. Other than that it's a great place to work.

Good work environment and culture. Lot of learning, feel free to try it out new things.No support from them for covid.
