Fraud in paying salary Bad management CEO is mentally unstable and starts shouting randomly for any reason Cant even pay for good internet connection Even cant afford good headsets employees usually share headsets Cant provide laptops to the employees asks to use personal laptops

...ent (much better for me compared to large IT services company I was at before) Got salary raise even in pandemic

Sometimes late hours (though no work on weekends) Sometimes priorities change quickly due to client requirements

Its a product based company. Experience here was a different as compared to service based company. You get extensive training of the tool, provide good amount of time to practice the solution. Company helped me to grow and opportunity to explore new functionality.

I would want this company to grow and appoint some good learning professional.

Good company to learn and grow Job stability, got raises every year also in even Covid years Good mgmt. Good international clients. No work on weekend.

Dislikes

Good to have good HR mgr. Need to hire more senior staff.
