About work in this company we have to do each and every work there is no difference between labor and senior company treated same to all employees this is the best thing for everyone,There is no differentiation. There is no job security. For example in this pandemic covid 19 company call me come on 27th may but I told them I will join on 1st of Jun because of some my personal problem but they have not understood the situation and they terminated to me.Is this right or wrong??

As a human being they have not understood the situation. They are only saying leader is leader ,leader is not worker but they are treated as a leader is worker.
