This company is a hospitality industry.i love the fact that I am a part of this group and we work happily.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is high. I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late in to the night. I do receive appreciation email or call from my client. But they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. also there is no on job training for fresher, hence I have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometime.
