The company is literally frod to me because this the name of company is big but salary is very low 10k to 15k and the supervisor of company playing mind game sometimes they give fixed salary and sometimes they give production base salary and they do not tell and ask employees for it .. actually when your production is high then you get salary on your attendance or fixed salary...they shouldn't want to give you salary more then 15k it doesn't matter how much work you done..and sometimes they cut your salary without any reason and then say it's your production price they don't tell this before.the language of every supervisor like Manpreet and Girish is very respectless for employees they just want you when the work in urgent and if you work for them the behaviour is changed...so the conclusion is the company is very big frod to me.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
