My have experience with this company as good and learning for growth and company does support also.so I like all employees rules of this company.

...e expenses clearance not so good.so this is main reason to dislike this company.compensation is decanter but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometime, I've to work 12-15 Hours and I have attend clients call in the evening and sometimes late into the night manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why i have to take suggestions most of the times.

...r. Rajesh Jain is too down to earth personality, no any show off, cool person. Salary on time. Pay full & final payment even before time while policy is of 45 days. They paid me with in 10 days i left when i left. Good interaction, understanding & feel of love & affection between all people working there. Time to time good celebrations for all occasions. Many more thing, every one should join if get chance if you want to work in family like culture.

...Buttering people can survive only in that company, bcs they like this culture. ** Salary always delay. ** They force to do complete ur sales target being as process or technical person otherwise u have to compromise ur job. ** No job security,

The MD is directly involved in every projects, which help employees to learn from him directly. Other than this, its is just like another company in Delhi NCR organized by one family. Fun activities, which they do on Saturdays.

No support from management. No skill improvement. Management is directionless. They should believe in their employees. Should have clear picture in mind before hiring any new employees. Regular salaries delays.
