...n needed carer was good,skill development opportunities were availing in plenty.salary diebursement always on last working day of the month. 5days week right from 1965.aEIL was the best pay master then.

Dislikes

Nothing unusual except the little groupism and favouritism which is seen in plenty in all offices.

Best in class salary as compared to any other PSU to regular employee as well as for outsourced. It is certified with great place to work.

Dislikes

Bridge between regular employee and outsourced employee. Even company makes difference between Regular/Outsourced/Apprentices. Especially in HR, arrogant people are there. Other departments HOD's are calm and compose. Huge thumbs down for HR dept employees

Work life Balance, Highly intelligent seniors who are always willing to teach you.

Dislikes

Salary Structure is not good For designers. Promotion is not based on skill but based on seniority. Some colleagues are not willing to work and will try to put everything on your shoulder.

Dislikes

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
