"Work Culture" Transparency everything is nice about this company. Flexible working hours, you can grow your career here,planty of supports. Awesome atmosphere, perfect work- life balance. And must say our seniours are so much supportive. Directors are too good. Overall a big thump up.

The company as innovation i love the fact that i was serving customers with quality electricity as result get to travel for training up country,but on site travel depend on your client.i also like the co-operation from the team mate

Dislikes

compensation is poor,the work pressure is very high some time i have to work from Monday - Monday late in the night. company doesn't value each employee.but i do received appreciation from customers but some time the grow annoyed if they miss other information.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
