I can go on and on about the dislike but here are few absolute micro management to a point wherein they will track calls, chats with customers etc, ask to share proofs. compensation quoted by HR is 24 -26k but actual in hand is just 20k, HR blatantly lies even after asking her multiple times before joining. probations are extended for 8-9 months, 6 month probation promised is not true. commission cycle although being 3 months 45 long takes much as 6 months to credit post multiple follow ups with management. no collaborative team work, only blaming, nitpicking and doubting employees. Partial and biased towards certain employees. Do not take POSH seriously even after employees filing complains. different rules for different employees, reeks of bias. They feel you are replaceble, wont think twice before replacing you doesn't matter how good of an employee you are. They do not believe in retention, every month multiple employees leave and new ones join. Please consider joining other companies, more than 60 employees have left the company in 1 year resulting in a down fall. They will only make big promises wont stand up to it.

Initial one year learning is fine but the work is very repetitive and learning stops and after some time.

Dislikes

The amount of work assigned is too much and their deadlines are toooooo ambitious. We are also never awarded for the same. The work culture is very bad. there are very few skilled employees so the learning stops after one year.

Everything literally everything. Too much micro management. When you are a puppet of few people you are treated good else thrown out for silly reasons. They won’t send you ( severance bro ) instead they will make you resign. People don’t even know to manage there. It is literally a pressure cooker to work on. No personal time. Sat and sun is usually off but you end up working. Never suggested for anyone. They keep people for 1 year long internship, and get the same or more work than full time people.
