... , 5 director are there & they make daily and any rules only for the business. Salary is never paid on time, there are no good rules for employee , too much partiality in company for new employee. HR department is playing comedy character, they don't know actually them responsibility. They are fired whenever they want without any notice. Last month company not credited my PF amount in my PF account, from 1st day the deducted amount from my salary. No any work updates from HOD or Team leader No career growth, No increment, work environment is not professional, Please be careful

Middle level growing company, very basic job profile, no job security for anyone, bad politics, poor policies, Stressed work environment, No innovative work, work life balance is below than average due to working stress , no support from seniors, continuous under pressure working environment.
