Best Work life balance! Awesome culture wherein one can discuss issues and ideas with the team. Team and management are very understanding when personal life requires attention.

Dislikes

A good company for freshers to work with for 2-3 years; and for those who give work-life balance a lot more importance over growth and compensation. Flat organization - few opportunities to grow. Minimum international relocation opportunities.

Overall, a very negative experience. The only thing good was their compensation package. But with the type of work culture, the compensation becomes useless.

Dislikes

Riddled with internal politics, no clear role definition, inexperienced people occupying managerial roles, no proper management structure.
