Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

It's a labour type working company without any policy and when you get your salary even you don't know.

Dislikes

They only how to do labour work, 10th , 12th fail type labour person operating the company without any working class. So My personal suggestions never joint this company.

Energy solutions pvt ltd is good firm for freshers student ,leraning and managing. Company policy is not flexible.total harrasment of employee (supervisor )

Sallery is not decent,career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2.5 year is totaly benificial for company..
