My experience in Energy & Firetech was good. The co-workers are friendly and helpful. Training provided is good. Working hours are perfect.

Dislikes

...u are looking for long term stability then this is definitely not your choice. Growth opportunities are low and salary satisfaction is also not good.

The company is really ready to accept new ideas and you can roam many cities but at the same time you should have to focus on franchise support.

Dislikes

There is no such a better increments, some times working hours is less and times you have to work for more hours.You may get some irritation while your doing your job.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
