Basically Enercon India Limited is now Wind World India Limited and this company is horrible to work, no pay no other facilities and nobody from Management is responding to the employees. GMBH Enercon was the Best Organisation to work, but i dont work with them. my experience is with wind world india limited this organisation was formally known as Enercon Inida Limited.

Hopeless company no working culture and employees utilisation.

Opportunity to grow with the company. It's started its R&D function in India very recently and company is still in establishment phase.

Dislikes

Indian upper management team is very bad. There is no solid plan for India R&D centre.

Enercon india limited company is a good wind field for us .this clean energy is good for all human bings. Or you do more knowledge gain about gear less m/c and power flow and all about sensar and electronics knowledge. . (But wwil not good for fresheer and experience person to work at without your payment )
