Provide technical leadership and mentor internal and external developers to manage Teamcenter RAC and AWC implementations, administration, configuration, customization, interface development, migration and upgrades
Collaborate with the cross-functional project teams to define business requirements and provide solutions
Design, develop and implement customizations and extensions
Modify and extend Teamcenter OOTB functionality such as custom workflows, UI customizations, data model modifications, etc.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve Technical issues in a timely manner
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
Your qualifications:
University degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in Teamcenter development
Strong knowledge of BMIDE, ITK, SOA with proven expertise on Teamcenter server side customizations and client side
Very good knowledge and proven experience in object oriented programming
Experience with T4S/T4EA gateway beneficial
Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Teamcenter modules workflows, structure manager, change management, queries, PLMXML export import etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Proven agile / Scrum development project experience
Known ITIL compliant best practice Level 3 support processes
