You will get salary , variable on time . Apart from this nothing as such to like. Company is Italian MNC , however way of working of local management is terrible. I worked for 3 year in org from Nov 2018 to Sep 2021. today i can say that was my worse decision ever to choose the manager role which Indian entity of the company offered me in Digital HuB If you are an IT professional and until your aspiration is not to switch to role of computer / mobile operator I would not recommend to join the company. 1) Even you are IT Professional ,management will push you to process invoices , drafting contract , preparing financial provisions. 2) Considering this is Renewable company their extreme focus is on safety. doesn't matter what knowledge you have with respect to technology, your local management will push you to take discussions on Safety aspect with telco and other vendors when you need them to work for any service provisioning. 3) Technology front they are too slow just for adoption like Cloud , IoT , advance apps , micro services. Some how they were able to onboard some apps however business function are not comfortable to upgrade them self ( example org wide they rollout SAP couple of years back however local AFC still using Tally for financial closing.in such legacy environment it almost impossible you to grow technically . 4) no policies related to promotion/ career growth. even i would say no standard process example is member joined in Sept as manager and received promotion of senior manager in just 3 month even before getting confirmed. And hardworking employees still not getting recognized. 5) Management is least bothered about what you need to grow technically. For name sake They organize some internal training however agenda never gets aligned with what market/industry follows.

1) Entire company working on outsourcing model ,hight of outsourcing you can imagine that for induction to new employee management hired one third party who come and give overview of the companie when any new person join. 2) W.R.T performance management ,it's weakest piece in the system , they are following excel template for appraisal system where standerd 4 goals ( responsibility, innovation , trust ,and one I forgot) they used to evaluate all the employees irrespective of role / responsibility.

Nothing at all, it's such a unique case of terrifying experience.

I was never paid on time for my whole 1.5 years of working experience – nobody knows anything until the last minute, and the biggest pay delay was for a whole month. This company still prefers to use Skype as a workspace, instead of more suitable and modern solutions. Most of the tools are outdated, the last changes to the corporate wiki were made years ago. It's impossible to get at least minor help from your heads – again, nobody knows anything, and keep saying that "It's not my area of expertise". As a noticeable result – most of the stuff barely works and wasn't tested at all. There's no quality assurance at all, and the current app rating is 1.9.

... do not accept the offer bacause the contract was on site and not as Expatriado. The salary was very competitive and good, they gave us lodging and food, as well as transportation and lodging fuel to the work area and vice versa. The learning was enriching since it was the first time I worked en photovoltaic power generation projects. previously, he had worked on hydroelectric generation projects, as well as generation with fossil fuel. The work environment is very healthy, excellent internal and external communication, close interpersonal relationships with employees or co-workers. In terms of innovation, new construction methods were implemented through innovative machinery for civil works. The work-life balance was quite good since they worked 11 continuous days for 4 days off.
