Frequent changes in reporting managers, unrealistic project timelines, and policies disconnected from ground realities are causing significant disruptions. Additionally, there's a lack of consideration for domain expertise, proper mentorship, and guidance, along with unclear hierarchy and scope of work. Behavioral issues among employees remain unaddressed, and the promotion process lacks transparency. The current policies and processes lead to delays in task completion, and continuous feedback from employees is often neglected.

My manager is very supportive and encourages me to take on new challenges. For example, when I was working on a difficult project, my manager provided guidance and resources to help me succeed. My manager is very effective at communicating expectations and providing feedback. This helps me understand what I need to work on and how I can improve

R&D Policy, Working environment, Senior positions are filled with people without the technical knowhow in general as well as about the system, resulting in multiple bad decisions. Their policies for operations are good for a production facility, however for an organization which is in the R&D phase cannot work on the policies given at the moment.

A lot of politics, no career growth, no development of product, bad behaviour of CEO and Colleagues, no rules and regulations, no job security, no compensation and benefits.
