Work life balance is almost 0 working almost 12hrs or 2shifts everyday with no compensation. Too much of office politics. Almost every manager and HODs are rude and behaves unprofessionally . No trainings for career growth are provided and the canteen food is just the worst.

The campany is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I'm a part of a team that markets realisable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time.

Salary structure. You can easily ask for 30 % on existing CTC

Poor management in disc brake plant. HR are always involved in politics. Marathi people try to take advantage. During lockdown they lay off candidate without any reason. And consider outside candidate like from Bihar. Worst HR I have seen in my entire career. VP always protect his relatives working in plant.
