Work life balance is almost 0 working almost 12hrs or 2shifts everyday with no compensation. Too much of office politics. Almost every manager and HODs are rude and behaves unprofessionally . No trainings for career growth are provided and the canteen food is just the worst.

...o you are. No personal and professional growth.they can throw you out anytime. If you are late more then 30 minut in month ,they will cut your salary of 2250. Even you can't take tea or water here.forgot about canteen facility.

In ETL,Everything worsted your life. It's very horrible and terrible to work here.no matter what is your qualifications,you have to report ITI pass person who don't have knowledge,skill and leadership too. ETL everything think to save money from the employee like cost cutting in transportation,even cost cutting in Tea also of 20 paisa per tea Ha Ha Ha worst administration and no responsibility of the management toward employees.

Poor management in disc brake plant. HR are always involved in politics. Marathi people try to take advantage. During lockdown they lay off candidate without any reason. And consider outside candidate like from Bihar. Worst HR I have seen in my entire career. VP always protect his relatives working in plant.
