1. C-Category Company - Meaning No Job Security 2. No Bank Loans - Reason - C-Category Company 3. Learning’s - How to be a cheap person in life, good learning here. 4. Projects - Only one customer (No one knows when that customer will run away) 5. Hygiene - They don’t know the meaning of it. So don’t expect anything. Food will be served with insects, unwashed plates and good reason to visit hospitals throughout your employment. 6. HR - They will always need a helping hand and will route you to the VP for everything. Basically, they are not trained to be HR or take their own decisions. 7. Team - New generation working there knowing not that their future holds nothing. 8. Hire and fire policy - Executed very well by the Management. 9. Notice Period - 90 days (Not a single day will be reduced even if you are in the coffin box. They will ask your family members to keep you inside the coffin box for 90 days in their office and then take it) 10. Who can work here? - People who are disowned by family members, society as useless to live on earth. Because you will already see those people in the senior management. And the company is run by such people. 11. Promotions - It is only for those nod their head for everything the Senior Management says. If you are expecting talent based performance then this is not the place. 12. Probation Period - There is no such concept here. 13. Leave of Absence - if you don’t turn up, you will get 3 emails from HR and then a mail on paying 3 months Salary to the company and they will threaten that they will destroy your career by marking bad in the BGV. The HR will directly say that you won’t get a job for next 10 years. Overall, the name of the company Galax.E is never a GalaxE. It is hell on earth. Think and take wise decisions.

One of the worst company .no job security hire and fire process.if you are fresher then you can join with 3 year agreement.

No job security.if you are salary more than 9L you are in red border.dont join.only this company try retains freshers.this company not for experience .some managers don't have updated technologies knowledge.

.... . another 30% the Management seems too Authoritarian (some of the Managers). Compensation and Benefits are a not much to brag about. Very less percentage of hike given to non-IT employees and decent hike for mundane IT skills and good hike for rare skilled employees. Skills Development and Learning is given importance via imparting required Training. Free Beverages and Biscuits. A steadily growing Organization.

Some Teammates are jealous, conspiring, dominating (which is prevalent every where) but otherwise Good Company to work for!!

Frequent team meeting with senior management and account heads. You performance will be tracked and regular feedback will be shared, which helps us to build ourself. Most of the employees were kind , friendly and helpful to discuss and clear your doubts on any stage of the process. Every month best employee will be rewarded and recognised for each accounts. Best company for job security if you prove yourself and make a name for yourself then this company is heavenly home to work

...ore timings. Sometimes you have to work up to midnight. No compoff for managers. No extra pay for late hours.
