No job security...no job security.without notice and without 3 month salary will fire the full time employees.simply for name shake they will put PIP.HR don't know what is PIP proces .even not maintaining prof (Meeting audio recording) .HR and manager have zero knowledge.hire freshers and put 3 years fake experience then charged high bill from client.

1.90% of HR behaviours like Rowdy and threat. 2.Some few manager working from 12 years but they don't have basic technical knowledge.i don't know how they will serve in outside.manger always depends on old employee and few employees have more than 10 years experience but don't know basic English communication.secuity will speak much better in these employees.please don't join this company manager and some few employees mentally harassed and give the negative feedback.managers don't know updated technologies.even not ready to update too.3rd class management. HR has empty minded they will always threat and was always asking to resign the employees.be careful don't join...no job security....

1. C-Category Company - Meaning No Job Security 2. No Bank Loans - Reason - C-Category Company 3. Learning’s - How to be a cheap person in life, good learning here. 4. Projects - Only one customer (No one knows when that customer will run away) 5. Hygiene - They don’t know the meaning of it. So don’t expect anything. Food will be served with insects, unwashed plates and good reason to visit hospitals throughout your employment. 6. HR - They will always need a helping hand and will route you to the VP for everything. Basically, they are not trained to be HR or take their own decisions. 7. Team - New generation working there knowing not that their future holds nothing. 8. Hire and fire policy - Executed very well by the Management. 9. Notice Period - 90 days (Not a single day will be reduced even if you are in the coffin box. They will ask your family members to keep you inside the coffin box for 90 days in their office and then take it) 10. Who can work here? - People who are disowned by family members, society as useless to live on earth. Because you will already see those people in the senior management. And the company is run by such people. 11. Promotions - It is only for those nod their head for everything the Senior Management says. If you are expecting talent based performance then this is not the place. 12. Probation Period - There is no such concept here. 13. Leave of Absence - if you don’t turn up, you will get 3 emails from HR and then a mail on paying 3 months Salary to the company and they will threaten that they will destroy your career by marking bad in the BGV. The HR will directly say that you won’t get a job for next 10 years. Overall, the name of the company Galax.E is never a GalaxE. It is hell on earth. Think and take wise decisions.

Only part of salary giving at correct time I liked and cab facilities are good regarding that nothing is good

First thing is there is no supportive for employee and no benefit’s. There is no growth at all. No functions and no entertainment in this company
