Very much unsecured job, no support feom managers neither from HR. people come to work with the company for salary coz that undividual has responsibilities of the family. This company doesn't care at all for their employees, its better to have a tea stall rather than working in this worst company.

too much politics and too much irrelevant work than actual profile. too much pressure with a tiny salary and when it's time for increment, they will find another employee with even less salary. company does not see your benefit, they will only see theirs.

...en if you are a graduate with distinction, you'll get a place of an intern here. As an intern you'll stipend instead of a salary. You'll lagging by 6 month to you friends. After 6 months your stipend will become you take home after deducting variable pay ( the great policy of Encore Research LLP). After 1 year your CTC will become you take home salary after too much struggle. Once you'll become capable to understand things and capable to point out their mistakes, suddenly they'll make irrational points and give you 50% as your quarterly review, which will be utilized to calculate your appraisal. Conclusion: A worst place to start your career.

It has fair work life balance. You can get the leaves easily compare to other organisations. Technical dep have the 2 days weekend and they don’t ruin your weekend. Job security is good comparatively in technical department. (Not good in non-tech department) Work from home is there if you have valid reasons.

Dislikes

Technical growth will stagnate in few years as they have their own products which are almost ready. Financial growth will reduce after certain years. Decision making, critical thinking, Issue analysis, discipline , abilities are reduced in software department if you’re looking for job.

There is no job security There is no motivation nor any good words whether we have done good work. Lots of unnecessary meeting without any output. CEO is more like dictator he never listens anything what employees are saying.
