Very much unsecured job, no support feom managers neither from HR. people come to work with the company for salary coz that undividual has responsibilities of the family. This company doesn't care at all for their employees, its better to have a tea stall rather than working in this worst company.

best company as far as mechanical department is concern. One can learn a lot simultaneously serving in this company. I was involved in NPD, Fixture design & development, technical documentation, BOM creation, DFMEA, DFA & DFM, Prototype design & development
