This is a great cause. 2. The company culture is majorly driven by innovation 3. Very knowledgeable people around to work with and to learn form 4. Exposure to the latest tools and technologies 5. Exposure to multi-discipline teams with everything being done inhouse 6. Emphasis on zero politics and respect to each individuals regardless of their role and designation 7. Top management easily reachable 8. Regular all hands meetings, skip meetings, team meetings etc to liste and address employee's concerns 9.
