When an employee provides genuine documentation related to their health issues, especially in a captive unit, it should be a clear signal to prioritize their health and well-being by shifting them to a more suitable role, such as the backend team. It's essential to consider the needs of employees and act in their best interests.

Incentives, overall salary is very high if you are even performing above average then most company in NCR can't match

Work pressure is increasing every passing day that's reason most of the tenured employees are leaving the company or company want them to go.
