This situation left me in a financial predicament, but I refused to compromise my health for a meager salary of 28k bucks. It's disheartening when a company values its employees' well-being so little. My message to my manager is simple: Please stop prioritizing your personal agenda over the well-being of employees. When an employee provides genuine documentation related to their health issues, especially in a captive unit, it should be a clear signal to prioritize their health and well-being by shifting them to a more suitable role, such as the backend team. It's essential to consider the needs of employees and act in their best interests.

Incentives, overall salary is very high if you are even performing above average then most company in NCR can't match

Work pressure is increasing every passing day that's reason most of the tenured employees are leaving the company or company want them to go.

...e centric but now they are busy making policies that would help in cost cutting. They capped the basic salary. Fired employees in covid 19 situation just to save some money.

It is a very influential company and the facilities provided by this company is very much appreciated. I love the fact that I was a part of Encore Capital Group.

Since there was no growth allowance (salary) in my Process i.e PCT and that is also the reason why I left the Job. Apart from that everything else is good.
