Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..

I got the best team with him I have worked.

...ceived excellent team award also. Then for some reason I have taken some leaves. After coming from leave I got to know that the project for cost cutting my project is given to one of my tech lead and I got notice that I have to seat on bench (no project for me now) and got ultimatum for 2 months.

For E-learning Dept (Pune): The Admin for Project should be Project Manager and not Learning Consultants. This change should happen. The reason why i resigned from this job. LC (Learning Consultants) and Delivery Manager and have created a monopoly and PM's are hired or terminated based on their liking. This should not happen. No Job Security No work / life balance Lot of Ego and Politics (Especially in Pune's E-learning Dept) Lot of work pressure

...ce in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Increment and compensation is a nightmare here Overall it's the worst company ever worked with. Iteration is always high in this company globally.

Full and final settlement takes 60 days. No Job Security. (But 3 months notice period) No team outing. No Flexible benifit plans (Like food coupon, Broad band bill, CAR)
