1. There is no bonus or variable pay component 2. Salary revision or benefits is not as per the market standard 3. There are organization policies that needs to revisited as per the current industry culture. There is no sick leave component. Person being sick has only option to use the paid leave. 4. Financial and career growth is slow here. Promotion cycle is 3 years irrespective of the work performance. Due to this iteration rate is also high. 5. Appraisal and hike is based on the budget availability irrespective of the performance. 6. Apart from work and salary there is not extra benefits in terms of team engagement and outings. No budget is allocated for that. 6. Work culture seems to be more traditional and out dated compared to other good companies.

For E-learning Dept (Pune): The Admin for Project should be Project Manager and not Learning Consultants. This change should happen. The reason why i resigned from this job. LC (Learning Consultants) and Delivery Manager and have created a monopoly and PM's are hired or terminated based on their liking. This should not happen. No Job Security No work / life balance Lot of Ego and Politics (Especially in Pune's E-learning Dept) Lot of work pressure

Working culture in Encora is so messy, no specific working hours has been set. To support the onshore people, working hours may extend to 10-14. Over committing to client is the biggest challenge here, which ultimately impact project time lines

...f the project gets over you’ve many options opened with the other clients too. Huge Bonus & compensation benefits too. Encora is widely spread across the globe which makes your job security if you’re skilled. These is a room for your personal skill developments too

... not engage with its employees, they engage if there is any mandatory trainings. Be careful with the CTC and the take home salary. I have joined Encora for two years contract with Wells Fargo. After joining there was no connect with Encora. They talk about policies,which is mandate for entry level but the management does not follow any such policies. People are just working because of their commitments, the Company can take a survey from the contractors at Wells Fargo. Sorry to say Encora should not be in best companies to work with. Waste of your skills and time.
