...ce in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Increment and compensation is a nightmare here Overall it's the worst company ever worked with. Iteration is always high in this company globally.

Full and final settlement takes 60 days. No Job Security. (But 3 months notice period) No team outing. No Flexible benifit plans (Like food coupon, Broad band bill, CAR)

1. There is no bonus or variable pay component 2. Salary revision or benefits is not as per the market standard 3. There are organization policies that needs to revisited as per the current industry culture. There is no sick leave component. Person being sick has only option to use the paid leave. 4. Financial and career growth is slow here. Promotion cycle is 3 years irrespective of the work performance. Due to this iteration rate is also high. 5. Appraisal and hike is based on the budget availability irrespective of the performance. 6. Apart from work and salary there is not extra benefits in terms of team engagement and outings. No budget is allocated for that. 6. Work culture seems to be more traditional and out dated compared to other good companies.

Good work-life balance, good salary and hikes, employee-friendly. Providing excellent opportunities for skill development. Conducting organisation-level events and allowing the entire family and kids. Conducting sessions for mental, physical and financial health. Over all excellent company.

Has to improve promotions process.

Everything is completely depends on client like hike promotion work culture.

Dislikes

...males on LOP post delivery even though they have excellent performance history. They will pay only if they earning from client by dumping in hands of clients. They never support for motherhood. especially after six of maternity pay they simply force you to resign.
