...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

... also not good, there is no job security, Appraisal is provided by taking face. No appraisal given to many employee, Workload, Salary structure is not good lot of deduction is there and no benefit of deduction. KRA bonus not given by company, there deduct as per rating by sanchalan but rating getting manipulated face to face. Corporate HR is not helping us in any query related to salary, structure and KRA.

When you'll work here, you won't get a salary. You won't get your appraisal. You won't get work-life balance. You won't be taught anything, everything you must learn by your own. Even after leaving the organization, they'll make you beg for your own documents. No doubt that all ex-employee said, "the company is hell!"
