Work load is less since they have only 2 projects.. one is self company in fact.

Dislikes

...terminate without any advance notice. I was witnessed to an on-call termination. Without any compensation, notice or any humanity, they bluntly fired.

nothing to mention here. It's just crap in one single word.

1. political environment. 2. Micromanagement (Nano word better suits than Micro) 3. Just do as I say kind of leaders 4. Mgmt listens to only a few folks. others are treated as AH's 5. Every day a new policy will be introduced by the team leader 6. pathetic policies to improve Micromanagement.
