1. political environment. 2. Micromanagement (Nano word better suits than Micro) 3. Just do as I say kind of leaders 4. Mgmt listens to only a few folks. others are treated as AH's 5. Every day a new policy will be introduced by the team leader 6. pathetic policies to improve Micromanagement.

They terminate without any advance notice. I was witnessed to an on-call termination. Without any compensation, notice or any humanity, they bluntly fired.
