First there is nothing called career growth here Learn some politics if you already don’t have before you join the organisation Ready to oil your manager because that is what he/she will constantly need Do a little but show it big. ...ing. Same call center drama. With low pay they will make you work day and night. And with this standard salary they hire middle aged people with no career growth opportunities.

There is definitely lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent but learning opportunities are rare. They use legacy code in all their projects and the team leads act as though they know all..
