I got in hands of good manager luckily I think he is the only one I personally feel is very knowledgeable but company left him also recently .all the good people left in team no positives in my 2 year experience.

First there is nothing called career growth here Learn some politics if you already don’t have before you join the organisation Ready to oil your manager because that is what he/she will constantly need Do a little but show it big.
