First there is nothing called career growth here Learn some politics if you already don’t have before you join the organisation Ready to oil your manager because that is what he/she will constantly need Do a little but show it big. Hardwork doesn’t get recognised. Your efforts don’t matter here

...shit out of the company with new age technologies and better user experience - no lucrative salary. Be ready to work for less

...ing. Same call center drama. With low pay they will make you work day and night. And with this standard salary they hire middle aged people with no career growth opportunities.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Salary hike is ok. They have shifted to a new and better office with huge place for chilling.

There is definitely lot of politics and the management doesn't address the issues. Salary is decent but learning opportunities are rare. They use legacy code in all their projects and the team leads act as though they know all..

The only good thing about the company that you will have a work life balance and the salary comes on time.

Work culture is zero. Please do not expect much salary but if you're planning to gain experience then you can go for it. And yes, if you enter emudhra sales team be ready to see partiality and be aware of the people who would even break their heads to pull you down.
