Work life balance is very bad On-site differentiates with offshore Sometimes you have to work in excel after holding aws certification

Management is good, managers encourage to learn new skill and advice to take leaves and break if seen working more.flexible with leaves and good medical policies. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

...ects and getting delivery of all issues on time and closing all stories on time.The compensation and promotion was not awarded also recognition awards seems to be less compared to other teams.

Free food. Salary. Assistant Mgr and below are all mostly hardworking. US team is very technical.

Dislikes

Lazy Sr managers and above enjoying everyday. Only talk, no action. India Directors use free time to do MBA etc, but don't get involved in project meetings or anything meaningful. Managers get awards for arranging some silly things like 'roadshow'.

Salary, benifits, appraisals and promotions. Shift timing.

Dislikes

Unpaid overtimes. Unplanned/unscientific targets. High work pressure. Minimum 3hours overtime a day. Saturday and Sunday's are fixed off for name sake but in real we need to forget weekends.
