Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Good package .. free food ..

Dislikes

I have seen people who work here including me have faced health issues . U ll get good package but u should be ready to work in pressure. Entire night shift login ll be 7.30 and 9night .. old application .. No cut off time .. there people ll logout around 9 and I have faced and seen logging out around 11 also..

Salary, benifits, appraisals and promotions. Shift timing.

Dislikes

Unpaid overtimes. Unplanned/unscientific targets. High work pressure. Minimum 3hours overtime a day. Saturday and Sunday's are fixed off for name sake but in real we need to forget weekends.

... all these to support legacy flow and applications. This is somewhat a downside. Other than that pay is below industry structure. People working of a lesser pay than what they can easily get outside.

Dislikes

Politics is too much within the team (this happens in most of the corporates). Performance is not the step for promotion or good hike, you have to be your managers favourite. You can't expect to be moving to a different team or position as IJP's are already fixed to your favourite person.
